Mountain View Exteriors LLC provides exterior home improvement services including, but not limited to:
- Metal roofing installation and repair
- Residential and commercial roofing
- Stucco remediation and application
- Siding installation
- Deck building and exterior renovation
Services are provided primarily in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and surrounding regions. Service availability may vary by location.
3. Estimates and Quotes
- All estimates and quotes are provided free of charge and are based on an on-site or virtual assessment of the project
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing
- Final pricing may be subject to change if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project
- A written contract will be provided and must be signed before any work begins
4. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be outlined in your individual project contract
- A deposit may be required to secure scheduling and materials
- Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available — ask us for details
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in your contract
5. Warranties
- Workmanship Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms are outlined in your signed project contract
- Manufacturer Warranties: Material warranties (such as our 40-Year Metal Roofing Warranty) are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their individual terms and conditions
- Warranties are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing
- Warranties are void if damage results from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature
6. Scheduling and Access
- You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date(s)
- Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as promptly as possible
- Please secure pets, remove valuables from the work area, and ensure clear access to utilities if required
7. Changes and Cancellations
- Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties
- Cancellations made after signing a contract may be subject to fees as outlined in the contract, including costs for materials already ordered or work already performed
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountain View Exteriors LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
- Pre-existing structural issues, latent defects, or damage caused by third parties
- Delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or other factors beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, before pursuing any other legal remedy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
